This website (`generatordieselchina.com`) is operated by Fuzhou H&C Imp&Exp Co., Ltd (“H&C”, “we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Gebruik van de site

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected database or system;

3. Information on this site is not an offer
Descriptions, product specifications, drawings, performance figures, diagrams and any prices shown on this site are provided for alleen algemene informatie. Zij doen niet constitute a binding offer.
Every supply is subject to a separate written quotation, order confirmation or contract agreed between you and H&C, which prevails over anything on this website.
Figures such as fuel consumption, noise level, dimensions and weight are typische waarden measured under stated conditions. Actual values may differ with configuration, ambient conditions, fuel quality and site conditions.
4. Normen en naleving
Our generator sets are designed and tested with reference to ISO 8528, including the performance classes of ISO-8528 5 and the vibration requirements of ISO-8528 9. References to standards describe the basis of design and testing; they are not a certification of any individual unit.
Where applicable, each delivery includes the conformity documentation and factory test records for that unit — for example CE conformity documentation, full-load test report, vibration test record and material certificates.
CE-conformiteitsdocumentatie is beschikbaar before order on request. Factory test reports and FAT (factory acceptance test) records can only be issued after the unit has been built and tested, and are therefore provided with delivery.
5. Intellectueel eigendom
All content on this site — text, photographs, drawings, diagrams, logos, page design and code — is owned by or licensed to H&C and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own evaluation and procurement purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks (including Cummins, Perkins, MTU and Mitsubishi) belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the engines fitted to our generator sets; their use does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those companies beyond the normal supply relationship.

The site links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, standards bodies and component suppliers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Garantie
Goods supplied by H&C carry a standard warranty of 12 months from delivery or 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first, unless a different warranty is agreed in the applicable quotation or contract.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct maintenance. It does not cover consumables, wear parts, damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, unsuitable fuel, or failure to follow the maintenance schedule. Warranty claims must be notified in writing within the warranty period.
This section is a summary. In the event of any conflict, the warranty terms in the signed contract prevail.
8. Disclaimer en beperking van aansprakelijkheid
The site is provided “zoals het is” en "zoals beschikbaar". We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, complete or uninterrupted, or that any content is up to date.

You agree to indemnify H&C against claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
10. Toepasselijk recht en geschillenbeslechting
These terms are governed by the wetten van de Volksrepubliek China.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach or termination of them, shall be submitted to the China Internationale Economische en Handelsarbitragecommissie (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in force at the time of applying for arbitration.

Before commencing arbitration, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.
11. Wijzigingen in deze voorwaarden
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
