MTU Diesel Generator Sets 520–2400kW
Factory-direct MTU generators 520–2,400kW. R-M and R-MYC series with genuine MTU 2000 & 4000 Series engines by Rolls-Royce Power Systems. ISO 8528 certified. 50Hz. Engineered for mission-critical data centers and industrial baseload.
Why Choose MTU Diesel Generators?
MTU, a brand of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, builds its 2000 Series and 4000 Series in a Sino-German joint-venture factory in China — combining German MTU technology with China-made price and delivery advantages. Both series are the standard for mission-critical power generation, trusted by data centers, hospitals, and industrial facilities worldwide.
H&C integrates the complete MTU R-M and R-MYC series into our generator sets — from the 12V2000G25 (520kW) to the 20V4000G63LF (2,400kW). Every genset is paired with a Leroy-Somer or Stamford alternator and Deep Sea 7320 controller — assembled and load-tested at our manufacturing facility in Jiangsu, China per ISO 8528 G3 standards.
For data center operators, MTU reaches full load in about 10–15 seconds and offers high power density in a smaller footprint. Series 4000 supports continuous 100% load with 10% overload (DCCP rating) for Uptime Institute Tier III/IV sites — with fuel consumption from 188 g/kW·h at 75% load and long overhaul intervals.
Sino-German JV Production
Both the 2000 and 4000 Series are built in the China joint-venture factory — German MTU technology with China-made price and delivery advantages.
Ultra-Fast Backup Response
Reaches full load in about 10–15 seconds — ideal for data centers, hospitals, and any site where every second of outage matters.
Data-Center-Grade Reliability
Tier III/IV with Series 4000 supporting continuous 100% load plus 10% overload (DCCP). Series 4000 up to 4,000 kVA (50Hz).
